As a Technology Concierge you will help market, quote, and sell our IT related goods and services to customers and prospects across the tri-county area. Even if you've never worked in the IT industry before, this is the perfect opportunity to learn the ropes of technology services and develop a promising career in sales. We offer 6 months of technology sales training with a competitive base salary, plus a monthly commission bonus based on your sales performance and future opportunities for advancement. We understand how difficult it can be to learn sales in a new industry and are willing to work with you to develop your skills and become a successful Technology Concierge.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years sales (inside or outside) or customer service experience
  • Extremely detail-oriented organized person who enjoys working with others
  • Possesses the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Dresses professionally, punctual, and reliable
  • Learns quickly, follows direction and possesses a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and adherence to procedures
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Computer literacy and appointment setting skills a plus
  • This position requires you to have reliable transportation
