We are looking for another great team member to solve problems for our clients in the Santa Barbara and Ventura areas.

 

The ideal candidate needs to have great people skills & customer service skills as you save the day! We love working with problem solvers who enjoy troubleshooting and educating the user on what was fixed and things to look out for next time.

 

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Design, upgrade and continual maintenance of client networks and servers.
  • Timely diagnoses of, response to, and resolution of client support cases, both onsite and remote.
  • Analysis of networks and recommendations for improvements.
  • Documentation of all work done for clients.

 

Ideal candidate has:

  • Experience working with Windows Server 2008-2019, Exchange 2013-2019 (or Office 365), and Windows Desktop operating systems.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VOIP, VPN's and Network Security.
  • Experience with server and desktop support and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Is highly organized and able to self-manage.
  • A car and is able to drive to client locations around Santa Barbara.
  • A likable personality and is able to work well with our diverse clientele.
  • Microsoft Certified Professionals & knowledge of ConnectWise are a plus.

 

Pay $40k-$70k per year based on experience and level
40 hours/week (M-F)
